FAQ's

Payment is accepted via PayPal and using a debit or credit card.

Will I pay sales tax on my order?
Virginia state sales tax is charged at a rate of 6% for any wreaths shipped to a Virginia address.

Custom orders must be paid for up front before I can work on your order. Once the wreath is completed I will send you a picture for any final changes before the wreath is mailed out.

Custom orders are usually completed in 1-2 weeks. If you require a custom wreath in less than 7 days, I will charge an additional $20 expedite fee in order to rearrange my schedule and production to get you your wreath on time.

All wreaths are shipped USPS unless otherwise agreed upon. I can also use UPS if you contact me before placing your order. Shipping charges may be more expensive with UPS.

If purchasing two or more wreaths, I am unable to combine shipping costs because each wreath is sent in it's own box to prevent damage.

Shipping charges are for Shipping AND Handling - it includes the price of the box and any packing material plus the cost to ship to you. I will ship USPS Priority Mail UNLESS the price of Priority exceeds the shipping costs you paid. In those cases the box will ship USPS Parcel Ground. Please send me a message if you would like to upgrade your shipping and I can invoice you separately.

Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed, Monday through Fridays.

Items are only shipped to the address provided at checkout for your protection and to prevent fraud. Please double check your information before purchasing.

BeautifulMesh is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.

All sales are final. However, if by some chance your wreath is damaged in shipping please contact me within 5 days of receipt with pictures of the damage. You may return the wreath in it's original box and exchange it for another of equal value.

Digital products such as downloadable PDFs and tutorials are non-returnable/non-refundable.
